Grilled Peaches with Honey & Yogurt Parfait
It’s that time of year when the peaches are finally here. There are few fruits in life that are better than a nice juicy peach. They’re sweet, fragrant, and perfectly ripe, they’re the kind of fruit that tastes like sunshine in every bite. And while fresh peaches are wonderful on their own, turning them into a beautiful dessert doesn’t have to be complicated.
Today I’m sharing a peach dessert easy enough for busy summer days: grilled peaches with honey & yogurt parfait. This recipe is simple, delicious, and perfect for showcasing this beloved fruit at its seasonal best.

Why Easy Peach Desserts Are a Summer Must-Have
When the weather’s warm, the last thing you want is a dessert that keeps you in the kitchen for hours. That’s why I love peach dessert recipes that use fresh, seasonal fruit and can be whipped up in minutes. And it’s better to use the grill than to heat up the kitchen when it’s 90 degrees outside!
Peaches naturally pair well with creamy textures like yogurt, whipped cream, and ice cream. They also shine when lightly grilled, roasted, or layered in parfaits — making them perfect for everything from casual cookouts to elegant dinner parties.
Quick & Easy Peach Dessert Ideas
I’m sharing some other peach dessert ideas that are super easy to whip up and hope to have them posted on the blog soon. If you’re looking for inspiration, here are a few ways to enjoy peaches without overcomplicating dessert:
- Peach Parfait – Layer fresh peach slices with Greek yogurt and granola for a refreshing summer treat.
- Grilled Peaches – Caramelize peach halves on the grill and serve with a drizzle of honey.
- Peach Shortcake – Swap strawberries for peaches in a classic shortcake recipe.
- Frozen Peach Pops – Blend peaches with coconut milk and freeze for a healthy popsicle.
- Peach Crisp – Bake sliced peaches with a cinnamon-oat crumble topping.
Featured Recipe: Grilled Peaches with Honey & Yogurt Parfait
This recipe combines two summer favorites — grilled peaches and creamy yogurt — into a light, satisfying dessert. It’s also one of my go-to yogurt parfait ideas for entertaining because it looks fancy but takes less than 10 minutes to make.
The ingredients that we’ll be using are: of course peaches! The main attraction of this dessert is seasonal fruit. Next you’ll need either some olive oil or melted butter – this will be brushed on the peaches during grilling. Greek yogurt is next on the list. I only use plain Greek yogurt because all of the flavored yogurts tend to have added sugar in them. We’ll be adding in honey to sweet it up so there’s no need for extra added sugar in the yogurt. Top the parfait with either pistachios, pecans, or almonds. Lastly, grab some mint – this really isn’t needed and can be simply used as a garnish. If you’re having a party or a nice dinner, this would be a nice touch to add to the finished parfait.
Don’t worry I’m going to go over exactly what to do in the below instructions!
Grilled Peaches with Honey & Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1–2 tsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (pistachios, pecans, or almonds)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Peaches
Slice peaches in half, remove pits, and brush the cut sides with olive oil or melted butter. - Grill the Peaches
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place peaches cut-side down and grill for 3–4 minutes, then flip and grill another 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. - Assemble the Parfait
Place one grilled peach half in each serving dish. Spoon yogurt into the center and drizzle generously with honey. Sprinkle with nuts for crunch. - Serve & Enjoy
Add a sprig of mint for color and serve warm.
Tips for the Best Peach Parfaits
Here are some tips to ensure you have the best peach parfaits
- Pick ripe but firm peaches so they hold their shape on the grill.
- Use flavored yogurt like vanilla or honey for extra sweetness.
- Add layers — granola, coconut flakes, or crushed cookies make delicious parfait additions.
