I’m not a morning person when it comes to working out, while that may be someone else’s thing.

Ok, I hope that hasn’t deterred you from getting this started. When I first started working out after my daughter was born, I’d say it took at least 2 to 3 months to build it up to a habit. I focused on why I was working out in the first place. I want to be healthy – for not just myself but for my daughter, and shed the weight (in a healthy way) after giving birth. It was also super important for me to physically rehabilitate myself after carrying around a baby. No matter how easy a pregnancy is, it takes its toll on the body.

Guilty as charged! I’m SO guilty of not hydrating in the morning and have even been known to drink coffee before any water. Although I must say that I do drink quite a bit of water throughout the night.
